Cell Salts for the Win!

August's Social Media posts are taken from the C section of Robin Murphy's Materia Medica and are all about the Calcarea tissue salts.

Calcarea carbonica is one of the most important polycrests available to us. Impaired nutrition absorption is one keynote of this remedy and it is part of several protocols including for allergies, growth, chemical sensitivities and even cataracts. Calc carb is most often given in either a 30c, twice daily, or 200c, every other day, but in certain protocols it is used in a 1M. An important keynote of Calcarea fluorica or fluorata is flexibility. Whether too little or too much, Calc fluor in a 12x potency is wonderful for sagging skin, bones and joints of the musculoskeletal system and dental concerns. For bone spurs, Calc fluor 12x, taken twice daily over several weeks and perhaps months, can dissolve this often painful issue.

Calcarea phosphorica is often part of Banerji protocols in a 3x, but a 6x will do if you cannot find the lower potency. Calc phos is also very important for bones and joints, whether for growth of young bones or strengthening of aging bones. If growing pains are an issue for children in your life, consider this amazing cell salt in a 3 or 6x given twice daily or more often as needed to bring relief!

If acne, abscesses or other suppurating skin issues are plaguing you, Calcarea sulphurica may be just the remedy to consider taking. Another strong indicator for this remedy is yellow secretions or infections that aren't healing well. Calc sulph 6x taken twice daily is an excellent source of Calcium for those that have a dairy intolerance.
