Back to the Books!
It's the beginning of a new school year for many and I would like to encourage you to consider learning something new as well. Whether it's homeopathy, a painting or cooking class, a deep dive reading on some area of interest, or something else, don't wait for January to set some personal goals. Of course, you already know where my biases lie!
September social media posts will be all about back to school.
Whether it's tests, sporting events, or performances, anxiety can be a disruptive and burdensome companion. There are several homeopathic remedies effective at combating worry and angst as well as panic.
Gelsemium sempervirens 30c is a top choice for anticipatory anxiety. This remedy can be taken as worry and pressure begin to grow and continued as needed until symptoms subside.
Do quizzes or exams have you or a loved one feeling exhausted or like your head may explode? Once again homeopathy can help!

I will do my best to create the class around these symptoms or conditions. This makes each Repertory Class unique and catered to participants.

Success Story Spotlight
This month's story comes from one of my Gateway students -
"I hadn’t ever gotten a sinus infection before, but about 3 years ago during a very stressful time in my life I came down with a cold that turned into a sinus infection. I wasn’t familiar with homeopathy at the time and sadly the herbs and supplements I was taking were not enough to fight off the infection. I ended up taking a round of antibiotics (that came with their own set of side effects) and at the end of the round still had some sinus pressure and definitely wasn’t 100% better.
A [few months] ago, I came down with a cold. This time, I was armed with my remedies and ready to conquer the virus with homeopathy. I began with Aconite 200c and Bryonia 30c that has helped the virus from progressing for me in the past (a protocol we learned about in Gateway). A few days into the cold I began feeling some sinus and ear pressure. I began taking Sanguinaria 200c and Hepar Sulph 200c and began feeling better in a day or two (it’s hard to tell when you begin to feel better when you’re in the thick of not feeling well). A week from the start of my cold I felt almost 100% back to myself! Such a better outcome than the sinus infection from 3 years ago that lasted 3-4 weeks to resolve with lots of interventions! I also had an extended family member who came down with a similar cold around the same time as me that did not employ homeopathy during their sickness, and after a few weeks of not feeling better they succumbed to taking a steroid. I’m so grateful for homeopathy and the medical freedom it provides my family."
